Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, disclosing prior stain treatments, and ensuring safe access to water and electrical hookups during scheduled appointments.

3. Cleaning Outcomes & Stain Limitations

While we utilize commercial hot-water extraction and specialized conditioning agents, results vary depending on carpet fiber age, prior heat-setting, wear, and previous DIY chemical applications. We do not guarantee 100% removal of every permanent stain, bleach damage, dye transfer, or deep subfloor urine contamination.
